This role gave me a completely new platform to showcase my leadership, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills to align and deliver newly defined AMEA Regional Business needs via innovative and fit-for-purpose tech solutions.

• Lead the DevOps/Agile delivery teams of data specialists ( Around 40+ team size of Internal and vendor resources) delivering Enterprise-level Transformational Program (Global Sales Analytics Platform) for Stryker Business Divisions. This also required strong collaboration with other teams like leadership, products, governance, data science, and broader business for successful delivery within defined time and budget.
• Drove E2E vendor selection for Phase 2.0 Implementation, right from the creation of RFP/RFQ, estimations, quote negotiations to final SOW signing, and vendor onboarding.

Role: Solution Architect.

The goal of this project was to transition all operations to one standardized S/4 HANA system hosted on the IBM cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Played the role of Solution Architect and Team Lead.
• Lead the team of 20+ consultants to complete the project within the budget and timeframe.
• Extensively worked on Embedded Analytics (CDS Views) and SAP HANA Modeling and SAP HANA Live Modeling using HANA Studio.
• Consumption of SAP CDS views and HANA Live views into BO platform using tools like SAP Lumira and Fiori Tiles.
• Facilitated business requirement gathering sessions with end users.
• Extensively done data modeling for reports using SAP Layer Scaled Architecture and dashboard designing.

GTIL is a global solution built to support Shell's ARCC Finance and Tax vertical. The plan was to roll out the same with customization for various countries in the SHELL market space.

Responsibilities:

• End to End Solution Lead for HANA Modelling Project and Reporting/Dashboard Project
• Established AGILE Delivery Model using SCRUM Framework.
• Extensively done requirement gathering and KPI source system identification from source system, data modelling, data extraction from SAP component (R/3- FI, COPA), and flat file.
• Created Business Blueprint document, High Level and Low-Level Logic and Design for FI(AR/AP) Track.
• Rollout for Sales Invoice Solution built on GTIL Track while extending specific Hungary Business needs.

Nature of Assignment:

Upgrade of existing estate from SAP BW to 7.4 and BOBJ to 4.1

Responsibilities:

• Lead from front SAP BW system upgrade to SAP 7.4 including testing and roll out.
• Worked closely with business to set up their journey in SAP HANA with limited data exploration and self-service.

Role: SAP BI Technical Delivery Lead Responsibilities:

• Worked as Team Lead with a team of 8-10 technical/functional consultants.
