XECM: Developed a tool in OpenText Extended Enterprise Content Management for supplier document management and collaboration, and smooth process flow between SAP & ECM. The tool has the below consoles:

• Supplier and TFMC Reviewer Console.
• Non Conformance Report Console
• Manufacturing Records Book Console
• Internal Manufacturing Records Console
• Console Dashboard and Tools

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated expertise in multiple areas such as Quality Analysis, Product Ownership, Scrum Mastery, and Project Coordination.
• Point of Contact for APAC, NAM, SAM, Europe region on process establishment
• Gather/translate the stakeholder requirements into user stories while managing, ranking, and prioritizing them in the backlog to achieve the sprint targets with the development team
• Facilitate Sprint Greening and Sizing, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospectives, Deployment activities
• Support Testing team in developing the test plan, perform User Acceptance Testing, and give go-ahead for Production
• Responsible for project roll-out training, production support on a daily basis for users globally, resulting in an increase in the number of customers using our solution from 10 to 300 in 3 years.
• Worked with cross-functional teams such as Business, SAP and Infrastructure for the successful delivery of project features and capabilities
• Documenting lessons learnt and the developed process in optimizing the time and resources required to review and approve the Manufacturing Record Book for final shipment of products
• Design and implement reporting solutions enabling stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions
• Analyze the Quality of the Product/Assembly to provide Authorization for Shipment from the supplier's location
• Used SAP ERP MM module to manage the material traceability using T-Codes
• Coordinate and conduct meetings with Suppliers, Supplier Quality Engineers, Buyers, QC/QA Engineers and NCR team, and Quality Controllers of respective projects representing the Quality team
• Review and implement Engineering Change Notice (ECN)
• Development of Supplier metrics detailing the Cost of Non-Quality(CNQs), and Corrective Action Reports(Global CARs)
• Development and updating of the Authorisation To Ship (ATS) KPI report for Global review.

SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle Performance: Supported on SLP:

• Transitioned 280+ Suppliers into the Ariba tool.
• Worked on Restricted Suppliers, ESG and transition of Legacy Suppliers from SAP to Ariba.
• Worked on Qualifying supplier status in SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLP).
• Coordinated on QMS, HSE, Technical Audits and reports. NDA, Supplier Onboarding, Supplier Process Verification and Supplier Registration with TFMC.
