• Responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness. Handling 42 salons overall in my Region.
• Build and maintain relationship with franchise partners to support them to be successful in Business model.
• Conducing regular meeting with franchise partner, salon managers and staffs to establish Goals, Performance review and provide organization communication.
• Develop and manage strategies to achieve stated goals.
• Conduct monthly salon audit and utilize audits in performance management.
• Recruit, develop and retain a high performing, empowered team.
• Support and organize training for respected salons on regular basis.
• Facilitate the development, implementation and maintenance of processes, polices Guidelines, Standard operation procedures and business operation principles.
• Develop relationships with Franchise partner & salon managers and staffs to drive business in successfully
