Responsibilities

• 
  Creating a detailed project schedule, project cost, and project execution monitoring for 6000 sqft area control command center (CCR) for NTA, 10,000 sqft examination center for NTA, 3000 sqft CCR for UPPSC, 30000 sqft complete office interior project of Innovatiview, 3 theme parks for JDA and LDA.
• Prepare weekly progress reports (WPR) and daily monitoring systems for various government clients.
• For smooth execution, understand drawings (2D/3D) of all disciplines (civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
• Identify design discrepancies and foresee execution risks.
• Validate drawings, BOQ & site · Auditing the site work by doing regular site inspections as well as monitoring remotely.
• Ensuring that all quality and timeline related requirements are met,
• Single point of contact for customers during the project execution stage.
• Updating of project trackers & summaries

• As Operation Consultant- PMC, I am involved in complete project scheduling, monitoring and project management from the 10%-100% stage, ensuring that the project is executed by various vendors as per the design inputs and on time
• Making a detailed project schedule with dependencies and keeping all stakeholders including the Client updated of advancements in the project
• Prepare WPR (Weekly Progress Report) to be sent to the customers
• Understand drawings(2D/3D) of all disciplines (civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry etc)
• Identify design discrepancies and foresee execution risks

• Auditing the site work by doing regular site inspections as well as monitoring remotely

• Planning & scheduling of 8 Storey commercial building of 45 thousand sq ft area in Okhla phase 3 plot 47 (The Iconic)
• Managing Civil construction & Interior Fit-out work of 7 Storey Commercial building of 42 thousand sq ft area in Okhla phase 3 plot 31 (The Osis)

• Prepare initial measurements and AutoCad drawing as per the site situation for the production of the material
• Prepare data and information from different sites for making a regular report of installation SS Railing
• Establish operation strategy in a team for execution of SS Railing as per the client requirement
