• Researched and assisted in vetting code of conduct to be adopted by a fiduciary under the Insider trading policies regulations.

• Prepared tabular comparative analysis of pre-amendment and post-amendment provisions of Companies Act, 2013 ordinance promulgated on 2nd November, 2018
• Researched on various Post-Merger SEBI compliances, Anti-Profiteering Laws, SEBI LODR (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Regulations)
• Prepared project presentations and reports on Liquor Laws and Article 19 to assist senior partners in client meetings.
