WM integrates closely with Member and Provider Online Portals, Document Storage Manager System (DMS), Letter Manager, and Administrator, to index, route, and store documents for retrieval and analysis.
- Roles and Responsibilities: Business requirements gathering and elicitation of the functional Enhancements and managing Change requests
- Prepared draft of user documentation, which included problem resolution, help pages, tool tips and user manual
