• Mutual fund application used by customer to invest in SIP and Lumpsum through different order type such as investment basket, NFO, Portfolio, Watchlist and fund scanner.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Performed comprehensive testing of the investment order placement feature, including various types of investment orders such as lumpsum, SIP, Switch, STP, and NFO investment basket.
• Executed testing procedures to validate various payment modes, encompassing bank transactions, autopay, mandates, and payment gateways. Confirmed that payment information is securely processed and stored.
• Executed Test Scenarios & Test Cases, and performed regression testing to verify and validate expected product behavior.
• Assumed full ownership of the quality of deliverables and managed the entire defect life cycle to ensure timely closure

• A single portal for placing bids for IPO, NCD, G-sec, SGB for IIFL and non IIFL Customers as well.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Performed sanity and smoke testing on an application that covers the entire end-to-end process of placing and canceling bids for IPOs, NCDs, and SGB.
• Performed testing protocols to verify different payment methods, including UPI and ABSA, and ensured the secure processing and storage of payment information.
• Tested the G-Sec,T-Bill and SDL order placements thoroughly involving , ledger debit ,order allotment, ledger settlement.
• Established procedures within the IPO Admin module to guarantee the seamless and continuous processing of applications.
• Test the IPO event lifecycle, including subscription opening, closing, and listing on the stock exchange.

• The Sharekhan DIY Website application is used by Customers, Branch employees .tele-Services & AOD teams to create & verify process leads & a/c opening is connected to Customer Information System (CIS), Talisma & CIS.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Writing Test Cases, Test scenarios ,regression test scenarios and executing same to test application and end to end functionality against requirements.
• Logged defects encountered in application through JIRA during test cycles and conducted fix verification.
• Daily interaction with customers to understand and resolve their queries related to Application.
• Performed API Testing Using Postman.
• Tested mobile applications of sharekhan on various mobile devices, for both OS i.e Android and IOS
