Client - Almarai (Saudi Arabia)

• Responsible for floating RFQ to potential suppliers based on the material requirements (Vaccine, Cattle feeds)
• Preparing price analysis and convert the PR into PO/SA in SAP within SLA and release it to vendor and follow up for PO acknowledgement
• Applying Letter of Credit (LC) application based on the shipping plan from supplier in skelta tool and follow up with treasury team to get the LC before the shipment departs to avoid subsidy loss from Ministry of Finance (Saudi Arabia)
• Validating the shipping documents to comply with LC clause to avoid subsidy loss for and posting Good in transit (GIT) in SAP
• Following with suppliers for on time submission of original shipping documents to logistics team for custom clearance
• Coordination with supplier for invoice discrepancies and accounts payable team for on time payment release
• Maintain all procurement-related data into PO/LC tracker’s and share it with procurement managers weekly
• Preparing dashboard for weekly KPI’s and publish with client.
• Supervised processes to eliminate weak points or bottlenecks in business operations.

• Responsible for purchasing of IT CAPEX and OPEX items for all CSS Global Delivery locations
• Products (IT hardware, Software & services, Telecom etc.)
• Initiating RFQ to vendors to get a minimum three proposals within the SLA
• Negotiate with vendors to get the best price, delivery time and payment terms
• Preparing comparative bid sheet to get approval from management for the purchase request and convert the PR into PO in SAP MM and release it to vendor
• Follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery
• Enabling rate card contract for repeated purchasing Items like Laptops/headset directly with OEM
• Coordinate with the finance team to make payment to vendors as per the payment terms
• Coordinate with the legal team for signing contract agreements for AMC renewals
• Weekly updating the open PO status to respective Stake holders
• Managing the entire lifecycle of a product (PLM) for assets from purchase to till scrap
• Maintain all procurement-related data into PO tracker and uploading the Contracts/PSA in SharePoint database
• Update pending task and open PO report to the manager every week
• Handling vendors with knowledge of Quality, Cost & Delivery

• Responsible for purchasing of CAPEX and OPEX items for APAC region
• Receiving quote and purchase request through Service Now
• Initiating RFQ to vendors to get a proposal within 3-4 working days to meet TAT
• Negotiate with vendors to get a final price, delivery time and payment terms
• Preparing comparative bid sheet to get approval from management for the purchase request and create PO in SAP and release to vendor
• Follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinate with the finance team to make payment to vendors as per the payment terms
• Coordinate with the legal team for signing contract agreements for AMC renewals

• Pre-order Process: Product /Vendor Sourcing
• Assisted the procurement manager for sourcing and purchasing for goods as per the client requisition
• Initiating RFQ to vendors to get the price quotation
• (Materials will be sourced from different regions (Globally) according to the delivery option given by the client)
• Negotiate with suppliers to get a better price, lead time and payment terms
• Prepare comparison bid sheet to get approval from management to prepare gateway sales quote and submit to the client before the bid closing time
• Post order process: PO Expediting
• Review client Purchase orders /Contract award
• Check with the supplier for price validity, lead time and negotiate with the supplier to get the final price and Pro-forma invoice
• Releasing PO to supplier and coordinate with the finance team to make payment to the supplier
• Initiating the shipment and track until the shipment will be delivered to the client location
• Update PO status to procurement manager and client twice in a week.
