• Lead building Devops pipepine initiative for PBEE with CI/CD capabilities for build and deployment and automated testing from Development to Production using Jenkins, Oneconfluence, Jira and Perl scripting
• Won Infosys "Be the Navigator" Ideathon contest and presented Bill Inquiry ticket auto categorization using Machine Learning model

• Lead Enterprise Billing Application with team size of 15 in enabling billing functionalities with $4 billion revenue per year and 22 bill cycles across 4 major geographical footprint
• Acted as a POD Marshal, Scrum Master and instrumental in delivering billing enhancements and enterprise product launches helped organization exceed targeted order volume
• Lead digitization initiatives building NLP enabled self service chatbot which serves as a omni channel for billing services used by business and IT operations teams eliminating dependency and 2 FTE savings
• Lead billing automation initiative for Primebiller building inhouse data seeder application that run after every patch as part of Devops pipeline enabling Agile Release Train process
• Lead system modernization initiatives adopting API first architecture for interface systems to billing application using APIGEE
• Developed and implemented STLC best practices in System testing, E2E and Regression testing within Devops framework. Engaged with Singleview Architects in successfully reducing technical code debt
