Accomplishments
- In-charge of conversion of Deamoolie T.E. factory from 100%CTC to 100% Orthodox manufacture in the year 2003 with an annual production of 15 lacs kgs black tea.
- In-charge of modification of orthodox sorting set-up of Balijan-H factory in the year 2012 with a daily sorting output of eight thousand kgs of orthodox drier mouth tea.
- Achieved all time record highest price for Assam CTC in Auction in the year 2010 while working as Factory Assistant Manager at Hatimara Tea Estate.
- In-charge of conversion of Majulighur factory to 100% orthodox manufacture in the year 2016/17 which earlier produced around 60% orthodox and rest CTC.
- Acts as team leader for ‘GMP’, ‘HACCP’, ‘ISO:22000:2018’, ‘Trustea’, ‘Rainforest Alliance’ and ‘Ethical Tea Partnership’ implementation, maintenance and monitoring of parameters.
- Associated in installation and commissioning of Irrigation system at Balijan (H) T.E and Dhulapadung T.E. for 80 hectares and 160 hectares of command area respectively.
- Wrote a scientific note on “Fermentation/Oxidation in Tea- A scientific Study” as per the advice of the erstwhile Executive Director of M/s Warren Tea Limited and the same was circulated to all the gardens of the group by the Company.
- Conducted in-house training for all levels of Assistant Managers of the group on “Control of Various Pest and Diseases of Tea through Integrated Pest Management” and conducted in-house training on “Withering and Factory Hygiene” as nominated by the Company.
Occupational Contour
Present CTC: Rs 14.5 lakhs p.a. as salary + Rs 0.48 lakh p.a as medical allowance with free furnished accommodation along with free electricity, LPG connection etc.
Additional Information
As a Tea Garden Manager, I am handling around 1,800 No’s of Labour forces. Around 8 No’s of executive employees and 46 no’s of Staff members are reporting directly to me on a daily basis.
