Title : LAP and UBL

A loan against property (LAP) is another form of secured loan. Self-employed and business owners can avail of this loan after mortgaging their property as collateral. It comes with a lower interest rate because the sanctioned amount is determined based on the valuation of the property. As the collateral is commercial or residential property, customers can obtain a large amount as compared to other loan forms.LAP helps businesses to expand. It helps you to maintain ownership of your property without having to worry about meeting your financial obligations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Providing access to the pages and users using admin
• Created Apex classes and test classes.
• Created integration between LAP and LPL system to get the details to process the loan application.
• Created flow which will populate the data and update the loan sanction date after successfully movement of the one stage.
• Created a process builder to update the data in other systems where it is useful for reports and dashboards.
• Created Aura components to customize the logic and worked on fixing the issues on LWC components.
• Interaction with the end user to get the requirement clarity and understanding the functionality,
• Daily call with Onsite coordinator on the open issues and doubts.

• Daily call with senior people on the current status of the prod issues and development status.
