• Spearheaded R&D for the department’s YouTube channel; served as Point of Contact (POC) for 3 of 5 committees to enhance engagement and visibility.
• Directed the construction of the Alumni Wall, managing a ₹30,000 fund and overseeing a team of 10 students.
