• Spearheaded the deployment of a critical process as the first project in I2P-NA, serving as the Domain Subject Matter Expert (SME). I played a key role in guiding the deployment team to understand the process, system, and interface between sub-systems. Despite encountering challenges in implementing the process across certain business units, proactive and timely communication with stakeholders helped to effectively convey the value proposition of the change. Ultimately, the project was successfully completed on deadline, achieving an impressive 99% accuracy rate and yielding significant cost savings of 5 full-time equivalents (FTEs)

Served as an Operational Trainee in a process migration project, playing a key role in ensuring a seamless transition. Successfully downloaded projects, prepared and documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and obtained sign-off from trainers. The process went live on the agreed-upon date, and I ensured a smooth transition, demonstrating my ability to adapt to new processes and facilitate efficient knowledge transfer.

Successfully managed a complex project that required continuous stakeholder engagement to gather requirements, collaborating with domain subject matter experts to elicit accurate information. The project involved reconciling data between two systems, ensuring meticulous validation of each transaction. As a result, we achieved a minimal discrepancy rate, with only a negligible number of unidentified transactions requiring write-off.
