• Prepared technical reports, maintained project documentation, and assisted the Principal Investigator in the execution of project objectives, and research activities.

• Worked in raw material receiving, meat processing, seaming, and canning sections.
• Managed storage and packaging with HACCP protocols for food safety compliance.

• Worked on Litopenaeus vannamei shrimp farming, focusing on pond preparation and seed stocking.
• Assisted in feeding shrimp seeds and monitoring water quality.
• Conducted water analysis for critical parameters to ensure optimal farm conditions.

• I attended a Skill Development Program on Shrimp Hatchery Operation and Management, which was conducted by AU-Avanti Skill Development Center.
• Gained hands-on experience in various hatchery divisions, including water management, and brood stock care.
• Managed maturation processes and live feed production for optimal shrimp seed growth.
• Assisted in packaging and transportation of nauplii for safe and efficient delivery.
