Roles & Responsibilities -

• Re-reviewed US mortgage documents as an auditor at Deutsche Bank, Pune.
• As an auditor Handles all the parts of QC team. (Data Allocation, Data Consolidation & Sharing feedback e-mail to the larger group. )
• We controlled a quality of work & identify the errors of production team.
• Preparing weekly analysis of error trends and addressing the same to production team as feedback.
• As a SPOC handles a big team more than 40 Analysts & solve their queries & doubts to maintain smooth workflow.
• Reviewed/Analyzing US mortgage documents as Custodian.
• Review soft copy documents in system and flag exceptions if any.
• Led two Document Custody processes - overseeing work allocation, hourly monitoring, and sanitary checks.
• Maintained critical reports like Reviewer Utilization report and Master consolidations as part of the MIS team.
• Identified process gaps and implemented effective solutions.
• Provided guidance and support to new reviewers during on-the-job training.
• Contributed to enhancing operational efficiency by identifying and addressing technical glitches and testing new applications.
• I am one of FRIEDA SPOC.
• Organizing Team Building activities for all the staff. e.g. Fun Friday & Fun Tuesday. along with this organizing multiple competitions on the floor.
• Organizing all events e.g. Republic Day, Independence Day, Navratri Festival, Ganesha Festival etc
