• Develop & maintain project control plans / schedules

· Stage inspection & testing of Heat Exchangers as per ASME SEC VIII DIV.I & TEMA.

· Mechanical Design of heat exchangers for fabrication.

· Preparation of drawings, Review and obtaining approval of drawings, QA procedures from customers / consultants & Ensuring timely dispatches and delivery of the equipment

· Preparation of final documents as per the project requirement.

· Material Inspection & Compliance to Quality Requirements & Design

• Observed production work and made corrective actions to optimize performance.
• Escalated concerns to management and helped develop and implement effective solutions.
• Wrote standard operating procedures and adjusted policies to meet changing demands.
• Met regularly with production team and managers to analyze problems and plan cost-effective and high-quality product delivery.
