• Handling people of about 450 team members where new Business Disbursements and efficient Collections of loans disbursed are the key responsibilities
• Ensuring compliance in both disbursements and collections cycles, managing the team to meet and overachieve the assigned targets are the current responsibilities
• Worked as Regional Manager, Regional Collection Manager in Various States like Odisha, Tamilnadu, Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka so have the in depth knowledge of entire process of disbursements and collections in micro loans

· Handled JLG business with a 8 member Team

· Acquiring monthly 250-300 customers in JLG module and loan disbursement will be around 70-90 lakhs per month

· Assessed employee performance and developed improvement plans.

· Addressing customers issue and ensure the problem resolving on time without impact on business as well as organization reputation in the field
