- Orchestrate end to end client onboarding for Financial Institutions Group (FIG) sector for France region within the timelines by adhering to agreed quality, TAT and SLA
- Main POC in Bangalore for FIG sector to provide support to relationship managers and sales desk for onboarding key financial institutions
- Effectively manage stakeholder relations by identifying onboarding needs and ensuring successful completions
- Regularly liaise with various departments involved in client onboarding to discuss/track the status of the on-boarding process and provide solutions to any issues to onboarding
- Engaging and collaborating across teams to ensure smooth onboarding:
Credits- Ensure to get credit limits set up based on the products and credit risk rating of clients.
KYC- Obtain KYC documentation from clients, RM approvals, and discount screening hits if any to ensure all KYC requirements are in place.
Regulatory- Obtain and share Regulatory documents to align with Regulatory Adherence and Reconciliation across all pre and post trade break.
Legal- Facilitate negotiation of the legal contract such as ISDA, GMRA, CDEA.
Entity Maintenance and Account set up- Providing relevant data and information to ensure accuracy in the account set up.
SSI- Coordinating with SSI team and client to set up their account details to ensure smooth settlements post trading activities
- Performance management of FIG team with responsibilities in governance, training, and development, mentoring along with active involvement in managing escalations by ensuring issues are resolved / remediations are completed for making clients trade-ready to avoid business impacts
- Providing input and analysis to the transformation team on automation projects and system enhancements
- Knowledge of KYC topics like AML concerns, sanctions, organization structure and mastergroups, risk parameters etc
- Knowledge on Banking and Markets Products like FX, SPOT, FORWARD, SWAPS, CASH EQUITY, Derivative products, Interest Rates, etc
