1) Calibration SOP ( IQM / MLOPS)
Problem statement : Ambiguous cases awaiting global calibration with James lacked a clear Turnaround Time (TAT), causing significant delays and a backlog.
Solution Impact & benefit: We have implemented a standard operating procedure (SOP) for calibration cases. This SOP defined a strict TAT for each case type and designated clear escalation paths.
The clear process eliminated confusion and streamlined the workflow, allowing the team to focus on resolving issues rather than chasing approvals.
2) Kaizen
Problem statement :The project lacked a structured mechanism for continuous improvement. there was no proactive system for identifying and implementing process enhancements.
Solution Impact & benefit: We initiated a Kaizen program focused on continuous improvement. This program included a formal process for all team members to submit improvement ideas
The program led to the implementation of multiple small but impactful changes that collectively improved efficiency and quality across various workflows.
3) Meta QA
Problem statement :To ensure a more robust quality standard, Tech M proactively initiated an internal Acceptance Test Audit (ATA).
A Meta QA framework was established. This framework created a dedicated internal audit team responsible for performing ATAs on project deliverables.
Solution Impact & benefit: The internal audit identified and fixed potential issues before they reached the client, significantly reducing the number of external defects and improving client confidence.
4) Stress test (WIP)
Problem statement :The team's Work was often unbalanced, with a few critical team members handling the majority of high-priority tasks. Not adapting new guidelines or guidelines change.
Solution Impact & benefit: We have implemented a stress test. This involved periodically reassigning tasks and simulating the absence of key team members .This reduced delays and ensured a smoother flow of tasks, improving overall project velocity.
5) QASA audit tool
Problem statement :In many quality assurance processes, audits are often manual, subjective, and reactive. A significant challenge is the lack of a standardized, quantifiable method for assessing quality.
Solution Impact & benefit: QASA assigns a quantitative score to each audit finding based on a predefined severity matrix. This provides a clear, numerical representation of quality health.
By replacing manual processes with an automated tool, QASA eliminates human bias and ensures every audit is conducted consistently, leading to more reliable and defensible audit findings.
