- Continuously enhancing the procedure to raise the paint shop’s FTP (first-time production) and UPPH (unit parts per hour)
- Coordinating daily with production planning and control (PPC) team to determine the production schedule
- The rework percentage has been brought down from 8% to 5% in the last year, and the rejection percentage has been kept well below 1%
- Working closely with the quality team for defect identifications and root cause analysis
