Sourcing & Vendor Management:

• Maintain good relationships with existing Suppliers and decent experience to find new suppliers and negotiating with them.

• Found Suppliers/Shipping Agents for Water/Air filters, Batteries and Vacuum accessories which helped reducing the cost by 40-50%.

Inventory Management:

• Maintaining stock, inventory movement, forecasting future inventory based on history buys, recurring buys, current month on hand left and review stock to sales ratio to respond to changing sales trend to ensure plan sales.
• Determined attempt to maintain stock for good movers and constant effort to move Bad movers.
