  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop customized training solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Led efforts on automating MINT data by working with BA Team and building the very first MINT Dashboard for Training Delivery hosting Trainer Utilization Data, Learner count and TFR data. Automation efforts saved 400+ manual hours per year.
  • Built Director level metric (On Time Delivery) in 2022 for ~40K learners saving $2M from the production losses. Automated OTD metric saving ~480 manual hours (60 days) per year.
  • Collaborated with other departments to align training programs with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Built an Employee Engagement program strategy for India Region (CEG). Leading to Connections improvement of 300Bps in Job Sat 2022-23.
  • Created a Training plan for the launch of Progression to Specialized Investigation (PSI) model in 2021, with effective planning & execution trained 2K+ learners in 2022-23 with EOC 100bps above the goal
  • In the absence of a Learner Performance PM, Eliazer lead the DRC program in 2021 and displayed an improvement of +9100bps in UE metric.

  • Eliazer supported the GPO team in 3 different program launches. These programs impacted 18 individual marketplaces and 208 investigators. saving $250k dollars & 23.8% yield out of across 20k accounts.
