Accomplishments

  • Successfully developed an automated workflow process by utilizing an in house technology developed tool [Baseline] by collaborating with Global reconciliation team & technology to automate manual workflow process from start of the day to end of day MIS reporting, KPI reporting, auto release of email notifications to internal clients and management dashboard and oversight.
  • Achieved 1 FTE of savings in Q1 2022 by reducing over 450 reconciliations and converting it into one recon at the client level thereby reducing the efforts of completing numerous recons daily and replacing it with one recon each day. This helped in reduction of noise in the monthly reporting of aged, duplicate and material breaks and categorizing it into the relevant break category.
  • Examined version change issues that occurred due to unsuccessful migration of automated tool that led to operational challenges and issues, by coordinating the efforts with the entire team of 45 resources in Pune, presenting the issues to oversight committee and getting them resolved by the vendor. Received appreciation and recognition by the senior management.
