• Managing storage back of VM's in HYCU

• Collaborating with smart hand support from Datacenter for device rebooting, cable patching, hardware installation and coordinating facility services. Racking and stacking of new devices.

• Expertise in Linux/Windows servers and client OS, VMware Esxi, Citrix Hypervisor, storage. Linux and windows booting process ,Hands on experience on installing Citrix Hypervisor, Linux ,Windows and other Hypervisors.

• Good understanding of working with cloud and onprem setup environment.

• Hands and eye support in Datacenter environment, providing trouble shooting of storage devices, network device and servers.
• Asset management, keeping records of the inward and outward Inventory details. • Handling tickets and resolving the issue related to servers and compute storage devices.
• Support business on commissioning of new devices and racks.
• Providing DC support like device power cycling, cable patching, monitoring storage, servers and network devices
• Working with Facility team to ensure proper cooling and resolving power related issues. • Attending group meeting during incident and change management

• Client deployment facilitations with basic services like floor planning, capacity

• H&F support to be provided based on the requests raised, record the same and ensure to communicate and update team. Trouble shooting end to end network link, diagnosing and resolving network related issues.

• Work on DC requests on daily basis.

• Implementation of network design with required number of LAN points.

• Technical support engineer on national game project, LAN, WAN Installation and maintenance of the national game network Infrastructure. Hands on experience in Fibre optic techniques from core switch to distribution switches and to access switches.
