• Supported the engineering team in defining AFS/ OpenAFS feature development requirements and documentation for new development of embedded systems.
- Performed troubleshooting and debugging activities, and orchestrated automation framework to reduce release cycle.
- Reviewed code of other developers and participated in system-wide testing.
- Collected and tracked the software defects ensuring that they were corrected in an efficient manner.
- Documented the software requirements, design methodology, and validation results.
- Supported the production through problem-solving and bringing added value by lateral thinking.
- Designed and wrote test cases, scenarios, scripts, and procedures based on software requirements.
- Identified and solved technology-related bottlenecks, and provided enhancements to the existing code base.
- Involved in the end-to-end delivery of the enhancements including functional description, installation instructions and release notes.
- Managed mission-critical application production systems and supported projects across multiple clients.
