  • Responsible for the documents of each client, who take our service for Immigration.
  • Responsible for Planning and scheduling meetings & appointments, organizing and Maintaining paper works, documentation (till VISA stamping), preparing database, presentation, certificates, ticketing, circulating information using telephone calls, e-mail, letters.
  • Maintain the confidential records and files and records of decisions taken
  • Visiting consulate to get clarified on visa rejection if any and updating the same to the client to complete the process
  • Organizing overseas insurance policy through online service.
