• Handling full lifecycle of recruitment of Logistics Operations & Engineers.
• Sourcing candidates through Success Factor, head hunting, networking and job portals such, as Parishram, LinkedIn & Naukri (boolean search), Shine, Monster.
• Perform pre screening calls with applicants for the interview process.
• Coordinating with Stake holders for scheduling the interviews, Date,Time, Venue, Feedbacks of Interview and No. of Positions
• Coordinating with candidates for Offer discussion & Offer release through Success Factor.
• Planning walk in interview drive.
• Develop partnership with the local universities to identify the potential candidates for the open positions.
• Maintained relationship with the potential candidates and provide follow up communication.
• Complete responsibility for HR Documentation.
• Responsible to manage and arrange the IT and Admin logistics arrangements - ID Cards, Laptop/Desktop, Seat allotment, Visiting Cards, Name Plate, etc.
• Responsible for hiring document collection and validation as per defined SOPs. Ensure all escalated issues are handled in a timely manner and resolution is communicated.

• Handling full life cycle of recruitment for Non IT roles
• From requirement gathering, sourcing, screening them for interviews, follow-ups, selections, offers, joining and onboarding
• Handling customers on Call and suggest them about the vacancy according to their work experience

• Sourcing candidates through head hunting, networking, social media, and job portals such as Linkedin & Naukri (boolean search), Shine, Monster
• Hands on experience on uploading resume on company Taleo
• Have worked on Non IT /IT profiles (Data Scientist, Actuarial, Finance Consulting, Third Party Risk Management, Finance and Accounts, Insurance Domain, Sales, IT SOX, IT Audit, Human Resources, Chartered Accountant, Banking Domain, Microsoft Power Bl, Cyber Security, Financial Due Diligence)
• Handling full life cycle of recruitment for non-IT/BPO roles
• Cold Calling Candidates, Gathering, sourcing and screening them for interviews, follow-ups for Interviews, selections
• Coordinating with Clients for the Feedback of Interviews and for New Profiles as per there requirement
• Have worked on Non IT and BPO Profiles such as (Customer Service, Technical Support Executive, Insurance Domain, Finance and Accounts, Sales and HR
