  • HDBS Photo Appian mobile application provides a platform for Field Agents in Halliburton to take photos of Drill Bits after its usage. The pictures are the key metrics used to determine if the drill bits can be used further or it can be repaired before reuse and accordingly the billings and inventory management is done. It caters to the challenge of keeping track of number of drill bits in use and maintaining so many photos and their metadata their status, any physical damage which should be reported and how many times the drill bits are used. The Application is developed considering the offline capabilities of Appian.

  • Halliburton Drill Bits Services (HDBS Field Ticket) provides drill bits (drilling equipment) which is used by various drilling companies in digging well in oil fields. Field agents provide delivery and pickup services to the customers in different regions of North America and Canada. During the delivery the field agents use the Appian mobile application to capture customer information, number of drill bits to be delivered, shipment details, estimates of various Charges and taxes via offline form. This information is used at the time of pickup when billing is generated in the pdf format specifying the expenses incurred in actuals. The Appian reports display the revenue generated through plant and customer in a month/year.

  • DSI deals with on-boarding Health Care Professionals (HCP). As a pharmaceutical company DSI can engage HCPs from various countries. This Application basically helps the user to create the engagement and manage the entire lifecycle which includes creating up a roster for an engagement, screening, credentialing and how the HCPs are handled in the system. HCP can have certain workflows/ action that need to be completed before he/she could be considered fully eligible for engagement. We have contracting workflow between HCP and business owner where these two parties can undergo a contract which is taken care by digital signature so DSI users create a contract from Template that is created in the system and the final contract document created by the template is sent for the digital signatures via “Docusign” system. Once the contract is agreed upon both the parties then comes the payment part which is again one of the activities. Payments are often carried out offline or via meetings but the essential details are captured in the HCP engagement application. (Like how much is HCP paid

  • This project aims to automate the KYC application in HSBC.To accomplish this there are more than 27 forms as of now which needs to be filled at different phases of the workflow. The forms are divided into sections and each section is having number of questions. In order to have dynamic question, question bank is setup with more than 3000 questions and at runtime based on possible answer selection by the user different set of question displayed in the form.The answers selected by the user is further processed through business logic to determine the risk profile of the customer based on the geographic location and type of business and the frequency of transactions done.
