  • Executed a successful salary benchmarking project in the life insurance space for 5 competitors with a salary bracket of INR 4-12 lacs CTC.

Fosun (Chinese PE Firm)

  • Talent mapping of professional in the General Insurance space across 12 competitors (pan India) across all the support functions.
  • Lead a team of 5 outsourced researchers for delivering the project by guiding them the methodology and creating a process and Gantt chart to deliver the project as per the clients SLA.

  • Whilst Reliance Jio 4g was aiming to enter the market, my team was instrumental in setting up their top two layers of their Technology function. We were retained for hiring the top talent across their SON (Self optimizing networks), IDC (Integrated data centers), Regional CTO, JCP (Jio Complex program) and the entire sub set functions.

• Whilst heading the project, I was working on an implant model. I was based at Reliance Jio head office in Navi Mumbai liaisoning with the Business Heads, HR Heads and the CHRO on their day-to-day requirements
