Hospital business-

1. Established and managed the successful transition of the Pharmacy supply chain in Tata Memorial Hospital - Mumbai. This includes building a hospital module specific to TMH Model in our In-house WMS (ODIN) and setting up a warehouse supply chain to support hospital pharmacy operations.
2. Established and managed the successful transition of the Pharmacy supply chain for Tata Medical Center - Kolkata. This includes building a hospital module in a 3rd party WMS and setting up a warehouse supply chain to support Hospital Pharmacy operations.

• Assistance in building and implementing auto-replenishment to replenish inventory from Fulfillment centers to Local Hubs.
• Contributed to the development and implementation of the bulk-pushback feature in WMS (ODIN), resulting in a saving of approximately 6 man-hours per day.
• Assistance in building and implementing automated purchasing from the in-house WMS (ODIN) across Pan-India Fulfillment centers, saving ~4 man-hours/day.
• Assisted in building a tracking dashboard to monitor margin variation at the supplier level, effectively preventing margin leakage.
• Incorporated Manufacturer schemes at SKU level in an automated process for better margin, leading to a ~40% margin upside from scheme SKUs.
• Reduced JIT TAT by providing better visibility around ordering from targeted suppliers, saving ~3 man-hours/day.
• Assisted in building a tracking dashboard for the rationalization of excess stock within the Pan-India network inventory to optimize excess stock and reduce conversion to dead inventory.
