  • Good Presentation skills: during this 3 months period I was ask to study on the Attrition rate of KPIT Technologies, Attrition in a particular practice, Promotions of A grade people to B grade, Financial analysis of KPIT with its competitors all this data studied was then pulled down to a PPT and then that was explained to the global HR of KPIT
  • Team Work: Sometime this presentations were done on a group of 3/4 members there I developed my team work skills
  • Leadership Skills: During this presentation my Manager appreciated me saying that 'you are a good team leader'
  • Interviewing skills: As I took HR round interviews of Diploma students my manager appreciated me for conducting good interviews she told questions asked were also good.
