Invoicing & Finance Automation

• Designed a streamlined, low-click invoice intake process with supplier auto-suggestions, PO matching, and automated line-level mapping.
• Explored AI-based document extraction including payment detail capture and tax identification
• Built invoice intake for platform and for email.
• Worked on supporting invoice aging capabilities natively and built dashboards which reflect timelines and other relevant KPIs related to invoice
• Developing design on 3-way matching automation, reducing manual invoice validation effort.
• Defined a working model to support for credit memo, debit memo, and partial invoice processing (short pay)
• Working on e-invoicing capabilities and compliance-related requirements

Platform & Workflow Innovation

• Worked closely with customers to build dynamic intake platform (rule engine, conditional workflows), provided support for email-to-intake and document-based request creations.
• Enabled highly configurable workflows, reducing dependency on custom engineering for enterprise deployments
• Worked on auto-cleanup of draft requests, announcements feature, leavers and movers and system-level housekeeping features

Supplier & Data Systems

• Designed supplier/individual onboarding flows including tax information, payment details collection, risk checks.
• Worked on building a supplier repository, contacts, supplier documentation, and mapping with ERP vendor IDs.
• Helped customers enrich their data in supplier workflows using external database providers like CDQ.
• Built simple cases in supplier extension and supplier update workflows

Customer & Stakeholder Work

• Led the end-to-end development and launch of the mobile application “Elemantra,” currently live on the Google Play Store.
• Collaborated with co-founders to generate and refine the app concept with proper architecture.

Any Time Reporting(ATR) is a tax platform where the consumers can view and download their tax statements on a regular basis even before the Year End.

Product Management:

• Led the tax product launch - ATR (SaaS) for payees in Canada before the annual filing, which increased customer engagement.
• Acted as end-to-end owner of three products and translated customer needs into product features and UI design.
• Applied data and back-end customer engagement metrics to support assumptions and assertions of business value.
• Developed a feature in TaxBot that reduced manual process steps in this activity, leading to savings of 45 days in operational efforts and a 120% increase year on year.

Tax & Compliance:

• Managed tax and compliance activities including timely remittances, withholding tax reporting across EMEA and LATAM, audited tax residency and exemption documents for vendor treaty benefits, and optimised compliance work orders with consultants.

• Product Owner for revenue processing tools for advertising, online payment aggregators, software licensing, and non-software licensing. Automated the Monthly Revenue Reconciliation dashboard using Tableau.
