• Handling Engineering hiring for Wipro with team of 6 members.
• Majority of my role is of Talent Advisor for the assigned business function.
• Helping business with right set of market analytics related to the open requirements across locations.
• Taking requirements from Business Team & coordinating with them till the positions closed.
• Front-ending with stakeholders and leadership team.
• Creating hiring plans and funnel for diverse candidates.
• Effectively utilize a diverse sourcing strategy to identify high-caliber candidates including the use of internet job boards, Internet mining, college recruiting, networking and more to attract & build a diverse candidate pool.
• Hands on with social recruiting and Job portal recruiting.
• Managing weekly reports for business review.
• Regular Engagement with leaders and business for assigned requirements and open roles.
• Used internal ICIMS tool for all interview levels, offer approvals and offer release.

• Client/Delivery Management on fulfillment of hiring numbers – Work closely with Senior leadership on requisitions and timely fulfillment.
• End to End recruitment (Requirement gathering, Sourcing, Technical Screening, Shortlisting, Interview Co- ordination, Salary negotiation, Offer Follow-up, On-Boarding) Was involved into major & business critical hiring for various units of business.
• Manage and mentor recruiters in Telecom field according to the technologies, tools, client needs. Support Telecom requirements.
• Played an important role in taking up initiatives to come up with creative ideas to increase the sources of resumes.
• Screening of candidates on one-to-one basis as per client's requirements • Regular meetings with hiring manager to the effectiveness of recruiting plans & implementation.
