Validated the functional requirements of the finance-approval processes related to SAP Concur
integration with the new data warehouse based on Google Cloud. • Reviewed existing use cases in Confluence. • Conducted workshops with the News Corp data engineers, SCRUM master, and commercial finance managers to review business processes and business requirements written by the previous vendor (TechM). • Identified gaps within the existing business requirements; conducted multiple workshops with the commercial finance managers; elicited, documented, and validated the new business requirements in Confluence.

Project: Alexandria for Uplift of IBM1 (TM1) to Google Cloud
Developed a business case to formulate a return on investment to migrate from an IBM-based legacy
data centre to Google Cloud. The project included the assessment of existing processes, identifying impact business processes, and validating the end-to-end use cases to be migrated to the cloud. Stakeholders: Commercial Finance, Strategy & Development, and Procurement.

Data and Analytics Platform from Data Discovery Platform to Teradata
Led the process analysis, process automation and change management to support migrating from the
legacy Data Discovery Platform to Teradata for Westpac Institutional Banking.
Contributions:
 Identified the As-Is processes related to the approvals and provisioning of infrastructure to
support the Teradata Platform cloning the process from Data discovery platform using Gliffy
diagrams through Confluence
 Formulated the To-Be processes to extend the process to support the migration to Teradata.
 Wrote over 5 Epics, 20 User Stories and Acceptance Criteria in JIRA; collaborated with the
senior business analyst and business stakeholders to validate and refine the user stories.
 Collaborated with the Engineers across 4 fortnightly Sprints for successful implementation
and sign-off from the business teams.

Process Optimization for Supporting Treasury and Finance Data Warehouse.

Identified over 40 pain areas related to the processes associated with closing the alarm
“cause codes”
 Prioritized pain areas with the Director of the EBI processes
 Wrote product requirements in Confluence; wrote over 30 Epics, over 100 user stories and
acceptance criteria
