- Handling End-to-End IT Recruitment of engineers for reputed IT Companies
- Handling a team of 3 recruiters and mentoring them from scratch
- As a recruiter responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and staffing qualified IT professionals
- Sourcing via Recruitment portals – Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, and Company Database
- Contacting candidates through Phone/email/SMS and explain them about the job opening and the organization
- Screening and Short-listing IT Profiles as per the client’s requirement specifications
- Handling first round of HR Interviews to assess the candidate’s Suitability, Attitude, Academics and Professional qualification, Experience, Communication skills, etc
- Co-ordinating with the technical panel and scheduling interviews
- Closure of positions within the target hire date through rigorous follow-ups and coordination with candidates and Business Units
- Follow up with candidates to ensure acceptance of offers, joining, etc, and maintain a relationship thereafter
- Maintain and update the status of all ongoing positions
- (Status of interviews, candidate shortlisted for various rounds, etc.,)
- End-to-End coordination between the clients and the candidates
- Performing background verification of the candidates as per the client’s necessities
- Managing the walk-in interviews, candidate drives, and achieving targets
- Maintaining the databases for different skill sets, keep track of the respective profiles so that if other clients need a candidate of the same requirement, then check his availability with the position and submit
- Facilitate joining formalities
- Handled positions at Senior Management Level, middle level, and entry-level
- Interacting with prospective clients, holding discussions, understanding client requirements concerning candidate’s profile, job description, and dates of recruitment
- Provided weekly and quarterly submittal records using MS-Excel to clients and management regarding the performance statistics.
