Project 1

Role: Salesforce Developer

The project lies with a consulting firm based in US. Worked under multiple projects for the same firm. Needed implementation of integration layer for data transfer between Netsuite and Salesforce. Worked on implementing business requirements using Salesforce automations.

· Interacting with the business users to understand the requirements.

· Developed the integration layer for establishing connection and data synchronization between Netsuite and Salesforce. 

· Studied Netsuite and implemented requirements on Netsuite using scripts which included User Event. Map Reduce, Restlet,etc.

· Created various Data models and designed solutions for better understanding of the business processes using Lucid chart. Prepared detailed business requirements and non-functional requirements document.

· Implementation on flows, process builders, workflows, Apex triggers, apex class, Lightning Web Components.

· Implementation of configurable functionalities using Custom Settings, Custom Metadata and Custom Labels.

· Unit testing and deploying the functionality end to end.

Project 2

Role: Salesforce B2B Developer

The company was a wellness tech company. The client wanted to use the commerce platform to build the store from scratch which will be working differently in different regions. The client wanted to make a solution that would grant the users of the client company itself to place orders for their customers. They also wanted customers from certain countries to pay an extra surcharge only is their order criteria is not fulfilled. Client was running business of selling wellness tech equipments to other businesses. Using salesforce as the commerce platform to sell the products.

· Requirement gathering from the client.

· Deciding on solution approach. Single handed worked on the commerce cloud implementation.

· Setup the commerce store front.

· Develop the checkout flow with the Payment gateway and shipping cost setup

· Setup the Buyer Groups, entitlement Policies, Pricebooks.

· Load all the Categories and Products

· Test the store by logging in as different Buyers.

· Deployed to production environment.

Project 3

Role: Salesforce Developer

The client was a world leader in air conditioning systems for residential, commercial, and industrial use. Needed implementation of a solution for their Contractors using Experience Cloud and building a contractor portal. Also, enhancements in their new Salesforce Scorecard application that is being used to provide their Contractors with award points for outstanding service.

· Interacting with the business users to understand the requirements.

· High level estimates for implementation

· Created various Data models and designed solutions for better understanding of the business processes using Lucid chart. Prepared detailed business requirements and non-functional requirements document.

· Developed the integration layer exposing the backend services through REST APIs. Assisted the front end team in SIT testing and connected their mobile and web applications through this API.

· Enhanced the functionality to calculate the Scorecard reward points for the Contractor based on various parameters using Experience cloud and custom Lightning Web Components.

· Developed a new Lead Engine functionality for Salesforce Sales Cloud containing a round robin functionality to select contractors on the basis of that.

Project 4

Role: Salesforce Developer

The project lies with a consulting firm based in US. The project was to generate agreements based on certain parameters and criteria of the accounts. It is developed for internal users of an organization.

· Requirement gathering from the client, analysis, and development on the requirement.

· Implementation of Lightning Aura components to create record forms for internal use.
