- Preparing Gantt chart & share dates to the Supply chain team
- Getting validated by Supply chain team, revised Gantt chart is forwarded to customer
- Associated activities were initiated parallelly, contractor negotiation & finalization, Logistics arrangement for supply at site, site management like labor, supervisor statutes & compliance, safety training, amenities arrangements & equipment hiring, etc.
- Levels of communication to customer during project planning & execution
- Project Tracking were done based on Gantt chart timelines
- Intermediate & continuous follow-ups, if plan deviates
- Study & Understand the design of storage systems developed by Design Team
- Different DRG like layout, elevation, GA, installation DRGs were shared to contractor for system execution at site
- Once the supply materials got dispatched, information will be send to contractor for unloading, material shifting, stacking & installation at site
- After the gate pass procedures & safety training, the contractor can start the installation
- Pep talks, material counting will happen daily to avoid installation stoppage due to material shortage
- Any PQCs informed, immediately the respective dept will raise CAPA & resolve the PQC
- After installation is completed, handover documentation with Audit of System is made & submitted to customer
- Feedbacks will be collected with customer in order to improve suitability of our System Usage
- Service Calls and Breakdowns
- Attending service calls under warranty and closing complaints (without spares) within 48 hours all over India and ROW (rest of world)
- Attending service calls under warranty and closing complaints (with spares) within 96 hours all over India and ROW (rest of world)
- Attending breakdown calls for out of warranty cases (customer request) within 24hrs
- Attending periodic visits of AMC all over India and ROW (rest of world) Develop and train my sub-ordinates on product to attend/handle complaints and close it on time
- To Track and regular/periodic update of MIS sheet
- Periodic check of stock availability and to be indent, place PO for spares required
- Visit customer place and ensure them to maintain critical spares
- PPT on all FAQ's and solutions to those are made for training HO and branch sub-ordinates
- Developing export dealers
- Taking AMC orders from customers
