Roles & Responsibility:

• Responsible for maintaining hardware platform on Linux system.

• Performed backups, recovery operations, and scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Performed system backups and disaster recovery operations.
• Implemented strategies for disaster recovery planning, focusing on backup processes and procedures.
• Developed and executed strategies to enhance database backup, recovery, archival, and clustering.
• Utilized NetApp's proprietary framework to automate test cases, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.

AIX Regression Test(ART)

IBM AIX is IBM’s proprietary Unix operating system designed to run on IBM Power servers.

Roles & Responsibility:

• Evaluating the functionality of AIX Operating System across multiple Power Models with a primary focus on assessing Hardware and Software virtualization features in different service packs.
• Expertise in configuring and testing Virtual IO Servers and Clients with the use of HMC.
• Participated in AIX Regression Testing to evaluate different AIX elements including File system, Memory, and CPU.
• Enhanced customer satisfaction by troubleshooting and resolving bugs, while implementing test scripts with shell scripting. Streamlined the project structure to optimize productivity.
• Played a key role in improving overall product quality through diligent defect detection and elimination.
• Played a role in the creation of a comprehensive automation testing tool from start to finish.
