• Over 18 years of IT experience in Telecom Domain with more than 5 years in OSS-NSS that predominantly includes, Granite Application Development and Administration, Testing and Technical Support (EBU, HBU (FTTH), WBU & IMST), Workflow Implementation, Deployment, Testing (SQT, Unit & E2E) for interfaces with external systems and G2G (Granite to Granite) Interfaces, user support for end users in production environment. Hands on Seibel CRM EIM and Configuration.

• Configuring and creating templates in Granite Inventory and new designs.
• Developed tools to load FTTH Network Data into Granite Inventory (OSP & ISP).
• Performed Unit and E2E testing for RMSW for various services.
• Took part in successful upgradation of Granite6.5 to Granite7.1.
• Coordinating with users and vendors to make sure requirements are met in time.
• Highly proficient in database performance tuning and optimization, troubleshooting and problem resolution, root cause analysis, bottlenecks elimination.
• Hands-on experience in database installation, migration, patching and upgrade; database design, creation and configuration, db sizing, capacity growth planning, monitoring, audit; backup and recovery.
• Expert knowledge and extensive hands-on experience in SQL and PL/SQL programming, tuning and optimization; Application programming experience, excellent soft skills.
