A Study on Psychological Ownership among the School Teachers, This study investigates the interrelationship between Promotion Focus, Psychological Ownership, Polychronicity and Perceived Organisational Support. The research aims to explore how promotion focus influences psychological ownership and polychronicity, the mediating role of psychological ownership and the moderating effects of perceived organisational support.
