• Responsible for production planning and preparing production schedules as per the forecast given by the reporting personnel.
• Monitoring day to day receipts of raw materials to the respective area and informing warehouse department to follow up other required raw materials as per the production schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and contractors to ensure delivery of key raw materials.
• Manage manufacturing process to ensure product is delivered on time and under budget while maintaining quality standards.
• Improve efficiency of production by migrating employees and equipment to maximum utilization and minimize the breakdowns.
