• Service or material requirement planning
• Indentifyy potential suppliers and evlute them baasseon Price, quality, deliverytime and reputation.
• Create the Purchase Order based PR.
• On receipt of services/goods, validate and process for payment.
• Having track of Purchase orders and services/goods data base. Also keep controls on service end date and alert concern users in before due dates.
• Collect the invoice data and posting in system.
• Process the payment to vendor.
• Post payments communicate the vendor with Payment details.
• Maintain the vendor payment data.

R2R (Record to Report):

• Taking provision details from the respective team and making the provision entries.
• Reversal of Provision entries and maintain provision and reversal schedules.
• Passing expenses and prepaid expenses Maintain prepaid schedules.
• Passing the Unbilled revenue and reversal of Unbilled revenue.
• Passing deferred revenue and revenue recognition.
• Passing FX gain and loss.
• Passing reclassification of entries.
• Maintaining fixed asset data and passing the depreciation entries.
• Perform bank reconciliation for various bank accounts based on the requirements, and provide the report to the client
• Validating data entry team enters data with accuracy.
• Getting confirmations from data entry team month end JV entries are passed to start reconciliation and validation and reconcile it to the manual JVs.
• Deadlines are strictly followed and close the books in time towards statutory payments are paid before due dates.
• Reconcile intercompany balances, SL to GL, Vendor and bank accounts.
• Review the TB with validate and analysis the cost.

Accounts Payable:

• Validation of vendor service agreements, PO, and updates in the database; validation of signed vendor enrollment forms for GST, PAN, and bank account details; and creation of a vendor ledger in the system
• Validation of Signed vendor enrolment form of GST, PAN and bank account details and creation of vendor ledger in system.
• Expense leger creation with cost center in system.
• Validating tax and GST applicability.
• Validation of invoice of Invoice with PO/Service agreement, approvals are inline.
• Booking expenses and payment entries in the system and processing the payment
• BRS reconciliation.
• Making the payment of TDS, PT, ESI, and GST payments within due dates
• Validating employee reimbursement and processing payments, Treasury planning based on income and expenditure forecasts
• Facing the internal and external audits

Statutory compliance

• Obtain EOU resignations
• Obtain the Softex, Import, CT-3, IUT, re-export, de-bonding, and destruction approvals
• Submission of MPR, QPR, TAPR & Audited APR.
