Project 1 : Western Union (Digital Banking Project-US Wallet)

Project 2 : CVS Health Care

• Project involves query and claims for different clients. There is a CVS in built tool EZ Query which is used to pull the query output.
• EZ Query will pulls the coding in AS400(RX Claim) which makes easy for validation. Based on the requirement we need to validate EZ Query output against Requirement whether both are matching.
• Project involves the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Pharmacy claims for different clients. There is a CVS in built tool EZ Test which is used to submit the claims.
• The UAT will be performed with for different NDC’s with Different Tiers for all Delivery system. Most of the testing will be involved around the member benefits when he chosen the particular plan. validate the claims flow for the member indifferent phases. It contains validation of the different types of drugs and tiers information.
• Designing the claims in such way to test benefits offered by various plans (both dollar & clinical benefits).
• Performing Functional testing by processing claims for the test members created in AS400 Rx claim system and Regression testing in Production Environments.
• Involved in various phases of Software testing Life Cycle such as requirement analysis, test strategy preparation, test plan preparation, test case preparation, Execution of test scripts and implementation activities.
• Interaction with BRM and coder to solve the issues in timely manner.
• Updating issues in the issue tracker and in the SFDC tool (Sales Force).
• Rerun the Query and check if the defects still prevail and inform the coding team or onsite coordinator.
• Responsible for reporting the progress of the project on a daily or weekly basis.
• Involved in defect tracking which comprises of defect identification, defect logging, defect retesting and defect closure.

Project 3 : Rescue Net Billing(EMS)

RCM – Revenue Cycle Management is the process that manages claims processing, payments and revenue generation. It entails using technology to keep track of the claims process at every point of its life, so the healthcare provider or medical billing company doing the medical billing can follow the process and address any issues, allowing for a steady stream of revenue. The process includes keeping track of claims in the system, making sure payments are collected and addressing denied claims. RCM encompasses everything from determining patient insurance eligibility and collecting co-pays to properly coding claims using CPT and ICD-9 and 10 codes. Time management and efficiency play large elements in RCM, and a physician's or hospital's choice of

an EMR can be largely centered around how their RCM is implemented.

Project : 4 USA Health Care System

The aim of the project is to automate various activities of the Hospital. The main activities covered are Doctors Information, Patient Details, Nurse Information and Lab Details. This project also maintains inpatient, outpatient, dispensary information, also handles employee information, regarding number of employees in the hospital and their salary information. This Project maintains the records of Birth certificates, Death certificates and even Medical certificates. Various Reports are provided by daily, monthly and yearly for Fee bill information.
