Your responsibilities include:

• Auditing customer complaints received through multiple channels, including returns, reviews, feedback, and customer service contacts.
• Performing deep dives to identify the root causes of complaints and providing data to the seller enforcement team.
• Identifying problem areas within the process and at the organizational level, and proposing solutions.
• Conducting skill-uplifting sessions and providing support to new team members.
• Meeting productivity and quality requirements.
• Allocating work to a team of 80 people and serving as the single point of contact (SPOC).
• Developing macros that have saved at least 1-2 hours of work per day.

• Validated incoming data to check information accuracy and integrity while independently locating and correcting concerns.
• Helped team meet regulatory requirements by coordinating documentation and filings.
• Gathered, arranged, and corrected research data to create representative graphs and charts highlighting results for presentations.

• Check for project-related updates & Implement new updates and guidelines.
• Maintain a quality target of 99%.
