CORPORATE INTERNET BANKING

• Assist customers in the online banking enrollment process.
• Process business applications for Internet Banking including verification of owners and system setup.
• Help customers with questions and issues regarding online banking, enabling/disabling of OTP for users in CIB.
• Contact cibhotline support to resolve any Online Banking or bill payment issues.
• Increase/Decrease of transactional limits in the workflow of CIB.
• Addition/Deletion of users for transactional/view access in CIB.

FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS

• Processing of financial transactions ensuring Mode Of Operation checking by Board Of Resolutions of companies in escrow/current accounts.
• Creating Demand Drafts, Fixed Deposits for corporate clients.
• Process E-Statement requests and forward stop payments to customer service.
• Review and balance the daily transfer settlement reports from the core system.

ACCOUNT SERVICING

• Modification of customers details in bank accounts like address change, mobile number change etc.
• Addition/Deletion of signatories in the Mode Of Operations of companies.
• Cheque book issuance, Digital signatures verification, Re-KYC for corporate client customers.
