- Communicate & Follow-up with Customers on the Status of their Shipments & Deliveries
- Sharing Vessel Cut Off details (All 3 Services), SOB (Shipped On Board) to Customers
- Arranging 14 days free time at DET, Vessel Route & Seal Certificate for Customers
- Rigorously Follow-up with Customers & Understand their Equipment requirement’s
- Close monitoring of Client’s shipments on Daily basis
- Strong Ability to Influence & Negotiate on Booking Rates with Customers
- Meeting Clients Physically & Virtually during Sales Visits & Calls
- Establish New Customers, Maintaining Healthy & Cordial Relationship with existing Customers to ensure recurring Future Sales
- Maintain Accurate Sales Records on Daily basis
- Regularly Attend Shipping Seminars, Exhibition’s & Meetings to grasp Knowledge for Self-Development & Market Study
