The main job responsibility being retail finance and inventory funding of car loans. In addition to that achieving market growth by closely watching and countering the competition and opening strategic, competitive/ new Direct Sales Agents thereby increasing market share.
- Handling manufacturer dealers (Outbound), Bank Branch (Inbound) and alternate channels in and around the location for car loans business sourcing .
- Disbursing on an average business of around 80 Cr. monthly and preserving around 9% of the market share.
- Appointing Direct sales team, training them, assigning targets and giving direction in achieving the same.
- Coordinating with other departments of Bank like Retail branch teams, operations, credit and collections.
- Managing and maintaining post disbursement documents like RC books, invoices etc as they are actual security of car loans.
- Promoting ICICI Lombard General Ins. (Motor Ins) by ensuring proper penetration with car loans and thereby generating fee income.
- Managing team of 4 RHS, 15 RMs and 40 off rolls sales executives.
- Handling collection of fresh bucket and non starter cases.
