ACTIVITIES:

• Review of Overhead equipment drawings (LOP, CSD, SED, Profile, Earthing &Bonding and SWRD) as per RDSO Guidelines
• Review and preparation of Switching Station and Traction sub-station Drawings.
• Preparation of material requirement based on approved drawings.
• Co-ordination with client on daily basis for getting approval on drawings.
• Accomplished multiple tasks within established timeframes
• Communicated clearly with employees, suppliers and stakeholders to keep everyone on same page and working toward established business goals

• Successfully completed engineering of NWR FL-DNA PKG-1 Project and CRS/PCEE inspection of NWR FL-DNA PKG-1 (45 TKM) completed.
• Successfully completed engineering of NWR DNA-RKB PKG-2 Project and CRS/PCEE inspection of NWR DNA-RKB PKG-2 Project (150 TKM) completed.

Project: WCR Projects as per 2x25 OHE scheme.

ACTIVITIES:

• Preparation of OHE Layout plan as per 2x25 OHE scheme in existing OHE.
• Improved project efficiency by streamlining engineering processes and implementing innovative solutions
• Trained and managed drafters, junior engineers and surveyors

Project: Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning For Railway Electrification work between Aunrihar (Incl.) – Jaunpur(Excl.) Section Of North Eastern (NE) Railway Total 59 RKM /80 TKMs.

ACTIVITIES:

• Review of OHE Design & Drawing as per ESP and making corrections if required.
• Preparing Schedules accordance to the Construction Contract Documentation.
• Making the daily progress report of the site activities, Planning & interfacing same to the client & other concerned Parties.
• Evaluated emerging design trends and adapted strategies accordingly for competitive edge in the marketplace
• Established strong relationships with key stakeholders, effectively managing expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle

Project: Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning For Railway Electrification work between Farrukhabad (Incl.) – Kalyanpur(Excl.) Section Of North Eastern (NE) Railway Total 127 RKM /156 TKMs.

ACTIVITIES:

• Preparing Schedules accordance to IRCON Contract Documentation.
• Making the daily progress report of the site activities, Planning & interfacing same to the client & other concerned Parties.
• Review of OHE Design & Drawing and making corrections if required.
• Monitoring erection/ Installation of projects. Preparation of work schedule.
• Day to day client and site engineer co-ordination & communication.
• Developed comprehensive documentation that captured essential technical information, facilitating knowledge transfer among team members and providing valuable reference materials for future projects.
• Established strong working relationships with clients to ensure clear communication of expectations and requirements throughout the project lifecycle

ACHIEVEMENTS:

• Successfully completed CRS of Kalyanpur (Excl.)-Kannauj (Incl.) section on 20.08.2019(66 RKM/83 TKM
• Successfully completed CRS of Kannauj (Excl.)-Farrukhabad (Incl.) section on 26.02.2020(61 RKM/82 TKM

Project : Design, Supply, Erection, Testing Commissioning of 25 KV, 50 HZ Single Phase Over Head Equipment including TSS, SCADA, Electric General & Civil Engineering Works on Composite Turnkey Basis in Garwa Road (Excl.)- Chopan- Singraui/ Mahadia & KarailaShaktinagar Section, Gr.176 of Dhanbad Division of East Central Railway under RE Project Danapur, Total 257 RKM /397 TKMs.

ACTIVITIES:

• Assessed scope and requirements to assist with project design determinations
• Developed technical documentation for seamless communication of complex engineering concepts among team members and stakeholders
• Delivered presentations to provide plans and updates on projects
• Documented and developed engineering procedures and processes
• Collaborated with other departments to facilitate successful project completion

ACHIEVEMENTS:

• Successfully completed CRS of Meralgram (Excl.)-Renukut (Excl.) section of GR.176 on 29.07.2017(78 RKM/86 TKM)
