1. PE&A Gig : As part of the Process Evaluation and experience Gig, have Created effective talent acquisition training materials that supported culture and performance objectives.
2. Intern and Campus Hiring Gig: worked closely with the India Campus Manager and actively collaborated with business leaders and hiring managers across the organization and successfully achieved intern hiring targets within a short span of time.
liaised with Campus SPOCS of Top tier tech educational institutions of the country pitching for the best campus slots for FY23.
3. Nano Gig: Path to Fellow: Was part of the global 2-member group , partnered with the core group and HR business partners to design the program. Brought together 3 of the senior most Intel Fellows from different geographies , as motivational speakers ,to address and coach aspiring fellows on Tech leadership.
