This job needs to login to Cisco routers, checking configurations and routes., LIC Housing Finance NOC - Pan India basis, Handling 320+ branches all over India and resolving technical issues., Dealing with various service providers of LICHFL like AIRTEL, TATA, BSNL for link restoration within given ETR, tracking the trouble tickets and coordinating with ISPs and coordinating with various teams for faster resolution., All over India technical support and Fault Management for the WAN connectivity including the troubleshooting of routing protocols like OSPF, BGP, MPLS for L3VPN customers., Monitoring the various ISP links under a single tool., Hands on Experience in configuring Routers., Resolution of service affecting problems on a proactive or reactive basis for Data circuits., Finding and analysis of root cause for fault and furnishing the same to customers., Implementation of SD-WAN solution at DC, DR and 300+ spoke locations.
